Wagyu meat is incredibly tender & juicy, and is uniquely identified by the fat marbling which gives it its world-famous buttery flavour and soft texture. 

SLOW-GROWN

All Cradle Wagyu cattle are slow-grown in natural conditions where the cattle have full freedom of movement at the foot of the Magalies mountain range. Slow grown leads to more flavour.
